We provide online software to generate Legionella risk assessment certificates based on information you supply. The Service is provided “as is”.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Service.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your assessment.
- You remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Our reports are self-certifications and do not replace professional assessments where legally required.
5. Pricing & Payment
Each certificate is priced at £8.99 per property (unless otherwise stated). Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Prices may change at our discretion.
6. Refunds
As certificates are digital products generated instantly, we do not generally offer refunds unless required by law (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and generated reports remain the property of legionellaassessment.co.uk or its licensors. You are granted a limited licence to use generated certificates for your own compliance purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses.
- Reliance on certificates where professional inspection was legally required.
- Data inaccuracies caused by information you provided.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant certificate.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Site online 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or outages may occur.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
