This is a self-completed legionella risk assessment intended for straightforward domestic water systems (e.g. typical single dwellings and small HMOs) without complex plant. It is not suitable for properties with:

  • Cooling towers, evaporative condensers or spa pools
  • Commercial or multi-occupancy sites with complex distribution
  • Healthcare or settings with high-risk occupants (e.g. hospitals, care homes)
  • Large tanks, secondary pumps, TMV networks requiring a written scheme
